General Questions


Is laser hair removal painful?

Most clients describe the feeling as a mild warmth or light snap. Our diode laser system has a built-in cooling feature, making treatments virtually painless.


How many sessions do I need?

Most clients need 6 to 8 sessions to see optimal results. The exact number depends on your skin type, hair color, and the area being treated.


How far apart are the treatments?

Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to target hair in different growth cycles.


Is laser hair removal safe for all skin types?

Yes. Our laser has three wavelengths, making it effective for all skin tones and hair types.


Can I get laser hair removal if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

While there are no proven risks, we recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding as a precaution.


Before & Aftercare


Before Treatment

To ensure the best results, follow these steps before your laser session:

Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment (do not wax, pluck, or use depilatory creams).

Avoid sun exposure for at least 2 weeks before treatment. Use SPF 30+ if needed.

Do not apply lotions, oils, or deodorant to the area before your session.

Avoid self-tanners and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks before treatment.

Stop using retinoids, acids, or strong skincare treatments on the area for 3 to 5 days before treatment.


After Treatment

Apply a soothing moisturizer to keep skin hydrated.

Avoid sun exposure and always apply SPF 30+ if going outside.

No hot showers, saunas, or intense workouts for 24 to 48 hours.

Do not exfoliate or use harsh products on the treated area for 5 to 7 days.

Hair will shed naturally over the next 1 to 3 weeks—do not pluck or wax.


Booking & Policies


How do I book an appointment?

Do you require a deposit?

A credit card is required to book an appointment. No charges will be made unless the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or there is a no-show. In these cases, a $50 fee will be applied to the next service.


Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without a fee.


What happens if I miss my appointment?

A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file, and the amount will go toward your next service.
